Half Day / 4hrs onsite = $1,500

Homes shot in between Half & Full Day timing/sqft will be billed based on photographer discretion

    • Additional Sunset Visit = $700

    • 2-D Floor Plans Add On (based on sqft) = $100+

    • Virtual Staging 4 Images = $200

    • Community Photos ( no clubhouses or crowded areas) = $75+

  • Video up to 1.5 minute in length. Aerials Included. Approx 1 hour on site.

    • Motion Video Up to 5,000sqft = $550

    • Motion Video 5,000-6,000sqft = $600

    • Motion Video 6000-7,500sqft = $650

    • Instagram Reel Edit ( add on) = $75

    • Twilight Add On = $250

    • Agent On Camera (add on) = $125

    • Extra time / Processing Requests = $50+

Important Note:

  • Phil reserves the right to sell licensing to builders, architects, developers, stagers, etc. This is more common with new builds than older homes.

    • Only for active MLS listings, not private listings.

  • Realtor may not give away or resell Images to these same parties.

  • Phil will not resell Images to other realtors without first consulting you ( in the event listing doesn’t sell and new agent wants our photos)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For most homes Phil needs 2-3 days to edit. For the larger higher caliber home we may need 3-4 days to return Images

  • They all have years of experience but photography is a creative industry and therefore discretionary

  • Phil needs 3 to 4 days notice to have a chance at filling the opening in the calendar. Last minute cancellation fees apply with 48 hours or less notice.

  • No - but if we have to help, it does take away from our allocated time to photograph the home. Please have the home photo-ready for our arrival. Will still make staging/decor suggestions if needed, or fix something minor along the way.

  • Yes, within reason. Keep in mind photoshop requests can add a lot of editing time and will result in an extra fee. It’s always best to fix onsite if possible.

  • Nope! If the home is staged & ready to go, we can hand ourselves and lock up on the way out. We do not have supra access but can use a combo lock box or door code.

  • We keep a constant eye on weather and will offer to reschedule your shoot around weather. If the show must go on then we can do “sky replacements” in photoshop

  • Since Phil shoots from daytime into sunset, he will evaluate the the lighting and shoot accordingly. Sometimes, incoming light streaks cannot be avoided for half day shoots.

    For Full Day bookings we can take full advantage of lighting & avoid harsh light.

  • In most cases, no. It the responsibility of the client to review our portfolios & work flow and ensure it lines up with their needs & expectations. If you have special requests, tell us before the shoot. Extenuating circumstances where the photographer doesn’t perform, we will asses.

  • The photography company owns the copyrights, but our clients reserve the right to use the photos as needed for marketing the home & their brand. You may not resell the photos to the other parties.

    Occasionally, we will sell a licensing to stagers, builders, architects, etc. We will NOT resell listing photos to another realtor without consulting the original client
