  • For the average home we need 48 hours to edit. For the larger higher caliber home we may need 72 hours

  • They all have years of experience but photography is a creative industry and therefore discretionary

  • as much notice as possible, please! Same day cancellations will results in a fee. During busy months we frequently turn away work with lack of availability to meet a clients deadline. Usually we can rebook a time slot with 2-3 days notice.

  • No - but if we have to help, it does take away from our allocated time to photograph the home. Please have the home photo-ready for our arrival. Will still make staging/decor suggestions if needed, or fix something minor along the way.

  • Yes, within reason. Keep in mind photoshop requests can add a lot of editing time and will result in an extra fee. It’s always best to fix onsite if possible.

  • Nope! If the home is staged & ready to go, we can hand ourselves and lock up on the way out. We do not have supra access but can use a combo lock box or door code.

  • We keep a constant eye on weather and will offer to reschedule your shoot around weather. If the show must go on then we can do “sky replacements” in photoshop

  • When it comes to photographing a home, most times of the day work well, from 9am to approx 2pm for daytime photos. We must ensure daytime shoots don’t bleed into our sunset/twilight time slot (2-4 hours before sunset)

  • In most cases, no. It the responsibility of the client to review our portfolios & work flow and ensure it lines up with their needs & expectations. If you have special requests, tell us before the shoot. Extenuating circumstances where the photographer doesn’t perform, we will asses.

  • The photography company owns the copyrights, but our clients reserve the right to use the photos as needed for marketing the home & their brand. You may not resell the photos to the other parties.

    Occasionally, we will sell a licensing to stagers, builders, architects, etc. We will NOT resell listing photos to another realtor without consulting the original client
