Photo Package - Single Party Licensing

- Half & Full Day Includes drone/aerials - Full Day Includes Sunset - Number of Images can vary widely based on the space being photographed. Staging prep, lighting, or parties present during shoot can Impact photo count.

Half Day / 3 to 4hrs Daytime Shoot with approx 25 Images - $1750

Full Day / 7hrs with 40+ Images. Twilight Included - $2500

Full Day Package + 2nd sunrise/sunset visit - $3200

Photo Package -Two Party Licensing

- Includes drone/aerials - Each additional party adds 50% of the chosen package to the total which is then split evenly during billing

Half Day / 4hrs - $2600 ( $1300 per party )

Full Day / 7hrs - $3600 ( $1800 per party )

Full Day + 2nd sunrise/sunset - $4500 ( $2250 per party )

Photographer Assistant

An assistant allows me to be more productive & keep my focus on taking photos - they help carry gear, minor cleaning, prep staging, set up shots, etc....added to total & split among parties

Full Day (4 to 8hrs) - $350

Exterior Images - Lighting Preference

Important disclosures & agreements

The project will be photograph ready upon photographers arrival. Photographer may move/adjust items during the shoot but is not responsible for stylizing & removing unwanted items

All parties that would like to participate in cost sharing must agree prior to the photoshoot. Otherwise, you will have the option to purhchase licensing from the photographer at $150 per image

Short notice cancellations/reschedules may result in a fee. 48-72hr notice may result in a $400 fee, and 24hrs or less notice up to a $700 fee
