Important Reminders:
Photos will be delivered within 36-48 hours unless a rush is requested in the order form. Videos may take 3 days.
Don’t be afraid to communicate with us if you have any specific photo requests - we may be able cater to your style preference. For example, if you prefer lights on versus off. At our discretion, we often shoot with lights off or highly dimmed to allow for more natural light to shape a room.
Please be mindful with your booking appointment - if you’re not sure the home will be ready or delays are expected please keep us informed. Last minute cancellations can hurt the photographer’s bottom line, we rely on daily volume. With enough notice we can adjust our calendar to account for reschedules without losing other business.

The home should be staged & ready prior to our arrival. You’ll find our recommendations in the link above
Provide us access information - garage code, lockbox code & location, etc
Provide us gate codes & add us to guard gate lists.
Let us know who is meeting at the property of if we’re flying solo
Ensure irrigation/sprinklers are off 2-3 hours before the shoot & remain off for the shoot.
Ensure landscape lights, pool light, and exterior amenities are turned on for sunset shoots. Provide us instructions if you won’t be there.
