Photo Packages - For Realtors

Please note, not every home or realtor will line up with our photo packages. If you have a special home or think you may require extra care/attention we can tailor our pricing accordingly.

  • Homes shoot best with lights off or dimmed down to 75%, accent lights can remain on. Approx 1 hour appointment for homes below 3500sqft.

    • Up to 2500sqft / 25 Images = $300

    • Up to 3500sqft / 35 Images = $350

    • Up to 5000sqft / 50 Images = $450

    • Add Drone + $125

    • Add Twilight & Drone = $275

    • Additional Time/ Images = $50-$150

  • Ideal for homes between $1 to $3 million. We can use flash photography to brighten up the home & add a magazine level of quality. Appointments take 1.5 to 3 hours.

    • Up to 2500sqft / 30 Images = $500

    • Up to 4000sqft / 40 Images =$550

    • Up to 5500sqft / 55 Images = $700

    • Add Drone + $125

    • Add Twilight & Drone = $275

    • Additional Time/ Images = $50-$200

  • Reserved for homes $4million and up. We take our time here - with lighting, compositions, etc. Expect 50+ Images with this tier.

    • Up to 5000sqft / Partial Day with Drone & twilight = $950

    • up to 7,000sqft / Half Day with drone & twilight = $1,200

    • 7,500+ / Full Day = $1,600

    • 2nd Sunset Visit (add on only ) = $500

    • Custom Quote for a unique home = Price Varies, contact us.
